Each rental on RentMart is governed by a rental agreement made available in the Customer App. This page summarises key points; the binding terms are in the agreement itself.
1. Binding document
The rental agreement shown in the app at the time of the order is the binding document.
2. Deposits and charges
Applicable deposits, monthly amounts and additional charges are itemised in the order summary.
3. Permitted use
Products are to be used in line with the manufacturer's intended use and the agreement.
4. Damage and loss
Charges may apply for damage or loss outside fair wear and tear, as set out in the agreement.
5. Service and maintenance
Service obligations and timelines are set out in the agreement for each product category.
6. End of tenure
End-of-tenure options (return, extension, or others if applicable) are governed by the agreement.
