The applicable refund framework for rentals is summarised below. Final binding terms are set in the rental agreement applicable to your order.

1. Scope

Applies to rental orders placed through the RentMart Customer App.

2. Security deposits

Refundable security deposits are returned at the end of the rental period, subject to the agreement and product condition.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation windows and any applicable charges are shown in the Customer App at the time of order.

4. Exchanges

Exchange options, where available, are processed through the Customer App.

5. Refund timelines

Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
